Company History
Founded in 1989 by Rick Spearen. Eagle Security Systems, Inc. is a family owned
and operated security company based in Brewer, Maine. Rick has been in the
security industry for nearly 25 years. After rising to the position of General
Manager for a security company in Long Island, New York. Rick and his wife,
Lisa, decided to return to his home town of Bangor Maine and began offering
quality security systems to the area. Over the Years, Eagle Security has grown
to be the largest locally owned and operated security company in the greater
Bangor area. Eagle Security Systems, Inc.
has built a reputation for providing quality systems with unsurpassed customer
service.

installation of a system is as important as the quality of the product
installed. Eagle Security has only seasoned, licensed professionals installing
and servicing our customers. The installers are not required to meet any quotas
and are encouraged to take the time needed to provide you, the customer, with
best possible product. Quality before

Quality Systems
The
combination of expert design, quality product and quality installation is the
key to a quality system. Attention to detail from beginning to end provides an
end product that is tuned to peak performance, and ready to provide
years of trouble-free service.
Customer Training
After
the system installation, Eagle Security will take the time needed to ensure that
you, the system user, understand how to
operate your system.
Most of our systems even include a custom user’s guide, put together by Eagle
Security, detailing your specific system.
Warranty
Eagle
Security Systems, Inc. provides a minimum
of a one year warranty
on all of our systems. Some of the individual components may carry extended
warranties from the manufacturer. Eagle Security will always honor these, in
addition to our standard one year warranty.
Impeccable Service
Service is our number one priority. Our systems are all designed with the intent
of not needing service, but if it is necessary, we are
available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Most of the issues are handled right over the phone. A little extra effort
during installation, combined with our exclusive “system watch” program
minimizes the need for on-site service.
Friendly Professional Office Staff
Our in
house staff is always ready to assist our customers with any and all request.
Every request is addressed in a timely and efficient manner. Our staff will make
every effort to meet your need. To us,
there is nothing more satisfying than a satisfied customer.
Support Services
Certification letters,
alarm registration forms (required by some cities and towns), additional users
guides, etc. are all provided free of
charge.
